COPROMEC Lubricant

Choosing the right lubricant not only prevents plunger tip jamming and rapid wear of all other components of the injection system, but also affects the quality of castings. COPROMEC has developed two high-quality lubricants to ensure the best possible performance.

COPROMEC Graphite mineral oil

The E-C POWER-LUBE A-A lubricant consists of a high concentration of high purity and quality layered natural graphite dispersion, without abrasive components and with very fine granulometry, combined with a blend of suitably refined heavy paraffinic mineral oils.

E-C POWER-LUBE A-A lubricant is a stable product with medium / high viscosity, high flash point and low fuel discharge, completely free from harmful components and easily applicable. It guarantees excellent covering, separating and lubricating power and also makes an important contribution in complex operating conditions.

COPROMEC Graphite-free synthetic oil

It is a mineral oil-free, biodegradable, high viscosity index, low volatility and high flash point lubricant. It is formulated with special esters of natural origin and ashless additives in the care package against oxidation, rust and foam.

Advantages:

Reduction of flames and gases during casting of the alloy, resulting in a decrease in the porosity of the casting;
Biological degradation.
