DESIGN
After analyzing the customer’s injection system and process, our engineering department recommends the most suitable solution. Using the latest generation software, we carefully design customized components to be mounted on the customer’s die casting machine.
PRODUCTION
We use only certified high-quality raw materials for the manufacture of our piston rods, shot sleeves, pistons and adapters. Each component undergoes a series of heat and surface treatments that guarantee the high quality standards of the final product. The COPROMEC workshop is equipped with technologically advanced machines such as drilling, milling machines, machining centers and CNC lathes.
SUPPORT SERVICES
If it is a special production, after the production phase is completed, or if the product is one of our standard consumables, when the shipment is completed, the product is installed on your machine with the support of our technical team. How does the COPROMEC Injection System work?
The patented technology of the COPROMEC injection system is used in the cold chamber high pressure die casting process. Basically, the COPROMEC system consists of the following parts: the steel piston, the copper ring and the adapter, which is another steel element. The outstanding and new feature of the COPROMEC injection system is that it uses the energy of molten aluminum. In the system, the first liquid metal that encounters the piston face enters through the channels in the piston head and solidifies. The aluminum layer, which creates a volume between the piston and the ring, pushes the ring towards the inner surface of the shot sleeve. In this way, instead of the inner surface of the chamber, the ring itself is worn and the chamber is protected. COPROMEC has pistons, rings and adapters in various sizes, designed and stocked according to customer requirements.
